Before booking a session, please take a few minutes to complete the short form below.
It helps me understand what you're looking for, how ready you are to begin, and whether coaching, hypnotherapy — or a blend of both — is the best fit.
This form replaces a free consultation call and takes about 15 minutes.
Once I've reviewed your form, you'll receive a personal reply within 24 hours confirming the next step.
If we're a good fit, you'll receive:
• A link to book your session directly in my calendar
• A secure payment link via Stripe
• A short intake form to prepare for our first session
If it looks like another path may serve you better, I'll always let you know — kindly and honestly.

💬 Cancellation, Reschedule & Refund Policy
All sessions are payable in full at the time of booking.
This policy applies to both single sessions and multi-session packages.
You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your session yourself up to 72 hours in advance. If an emergency arises within that window, please email me directly so we can make suitable arrangements.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment, or non-attendance without notice, are non-refundable.
If I need to reschedule for any reason, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
By booking a session, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
I work best with clients who share my values of honesty, presence, and mutual respect. This policy helps protect that space for both of us.
